More than one printhead option
No two products are the same, which is why POLYtij print size options — available in 25mm and 50mm formats — are tailored to your needs via the DATABASE and ECO models:
The X2 (2 printheads) – gives you a print size of 25mm.
Ideal for single-line prints or compact areas, such as expiry dates, barcodes, and QR codes.The X4 (4 printheads) gives you a print size of 50mm.
Designed for larger surfaces or two-line messages — like barcodes with serial numbers, traceability data, or batch codes.
Both the DATABASE and ECO models, allow you to scale your print height without switching systems and use more heads when needed.

With the option to add supported file types, including logos, symbols, alphanumeric codes, and custom artwork – all rendered with industry-grade precision.
