What You Can Expect From Atwell Labellers:

On stand T110, Atwell Labellers will be showcasing a variety of automatic and semi-automatic label applicators, along with TIJ date and batch coding machines. The Front and Back applicator will be on Stand T110 to demonstrate the speed and accuracy of our machines when labelling flat-sided, curved or oval containers. With a large programmable memory, label size and position, along with product size can be stored to the machine, allowing for a quick change over of products during labelling runs. We will also have the Linear Wraparound Applicator on stand running demonstrations, to highlight the labelling precision, while completing up to 150 passes per minute. Both the Linear Wraparound System and the Front & Back Applicator can be operated individually or integrated with a full production line. Finally, we will also have the labelease on stand T110. Our semi-automatic system for labelling round containers is a simple and effective operation for applying either full or partial wrap labels. This system can be used for a range of circular products as a result of easy diameter adjustment, and the large program storage, remembering up to 25 different programs, allowing for quick and accurate changeovers.

All Atwell Label Applicators can be fitted with our range of PolyTIJ date and batch coding printers, allowing you to change the variable information per product or labelling line, without having to change the labels themselves, saving you time and money.

Labels & Print Solutions:

On Stand T110, Dura-ID Solutions will be showcasing a variety of food industry labels and tags, used in all stages of the product lifecycle from production to retail. At Dura-ID Solutions we manufacture a range of metal-detectable tags to be used alongside end-of-line metal detectors, preventing fragments of labels and tags from entering the food chain. Many tags are manufactured in loop-lock form, reducing the number of fixings required, ultimately lowering the risk of contamination. Dura-ID Solutions’ loop-lock tags can be printed to include numerous details such as allergen, customer and product information. High-temperature oven tags are another product in this range, helping to track baked goods throughout production. Our Oven-Trace tags can withstand temperatures from 30°C to +300°C, ideal for products needing to be steamed or oven-baked, then stored and distributed at lower temperatures. Dura-ID Solutions’ Polyplas 250 tag is an alternative to help improve traceability throughout products.

Dra-ID Solutions also manufactures labels for food retail packaging with our Matt PP (Perm) Self-Adhesive or Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive, perfect for stand-out retail packing placed on shelf-displays, working in conjunction with our full-colour print solutions. Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive or Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive can also be applied within the chemical sector, both in production and retail. The permanent adhesive on these labels ensures they remain attached to the products, throughout production and retail, improving identification throughout the whole process, while our print-on-demand systems allow for full design customization, ready for retail sale. These can be manufactured in several formats to suit your application, including C-wraps, D-wraps and bunch labels, produced to a shelf-ready standard.

Dura-ID Solutions also manufacture labels ideal for the chemical sector, with our Polyolefin Self-Adhesive or Dura-Laser Self-Adhesive being used to identify hazards in the event of spilled products, helping to avoid further problems. Both products are BS5609 approved; resistant to humidity, water and difficult surfaces, guaranteeing durability.

We will have the Epson CW8000 on stand T110 to demonstrate our print-on-demand system. Full-colour printing options are available to meet requirements for both production and retail labelling
