What can you expect from Atwell Labellers:

On stand S30, Atwell Labellers will showcase several automated label applicators that can be used for packaging a variety of industries. The Linear Wraparound will be operational to present the high-quality label application on cylindrical or tapered containers, adaptable to different container diameters using a turning wheel. The Linear Wraparound can be adjusted to suit particular products, applying either partial or full wraparound labels. It is perfect for lowering labelling times on large runs of cans or bottles, while reducing bottlenecks in your production process. The Linear Wraparound can handle up to 150 passes depending on the product and label.

The Labelease semi-automatic label applicator will be on stand S30, highlighting the clear and efficient operation for applying full or partial-wrap labels to round containers. The Labelease is a stand-alone machine that requires hand loading, it can store up to 25 label programs reducing changeover time when container sizes differ. The ideal application solution for short runs of cans or bottles of any size.

The Front and Back Applicator will be in operation at EmPack 2025, designed for application on flat-sided, curved or oval containers. The Front and Back applicator is perfect for applying single labels to either side of containers, with an inbuilt aligner system ensuring perfect label placement every time. This applicator can be operated independently or integrated with a full production line. This applicator can be adapted to just apply single side labels to suit individual customer requirements. We can also provide POLYtij printers to be used alongside the applicators, ideal for the on-demand printing of batch codes and best before dates.

All Atwell automatic label applicators can work in conjunction with Dura-ID Solutions printers and labels, providing a full printing and application solution. Dura-ID Solutions will have the Epson CW-C8000 on stand S30, to demonstrate the print-on-demand system, that allows you to print bespoke labels that are then applied directly to the product with no human interaction needed. Full-colour printing options are available to meet requirements for both production and retail.

Bespoke labels can be printed using the Dura-ID Solutions print-on-demand systems, ready for retail sales. These labels can be manufactured in numerous formats to meet requirements, including C-wrap, D-wrap, and Bunch Labels, compatible with all Atwell automatic label applicators.

Dura-ID Solutions are an industry leader in label manufacturing, for food production and retail, with Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive and Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self Adhesive, perfect for eye-catching shelf-ready retail packaging. Both self-adhesive labels can be utilized in the chemical sector, both in production and retail for products such as jerry cans, bottles and drums. The permanent adhesive on these labels ensures they stay in position throughout production, improving traceability.
