Eurocode Series

The Eurocode is a small, lightweight, user-friendly Hot Foil Coding attachment typically used for overprinting text (batch & lot code information, expiry and use by dates, price marking) as well as simple graphics in any colour, on to flexible packaging materials. Speeds of up to 700 cycles per minute can be achieved.

Prints are clear, dry, non-toxic, and of a quality that cannot be matched by any other on-line printing process.

Eurocode 150

The Eurocode 150 operates at speeds of up to 700 cyles per minute with a foil capacity of 153m (500ft)

Eurocode 300

The Eurocode 300 has twice the foil roll capacity of the Eurocode 150 – less down time and longer production runs.

Printmaster Series

The Printmaster range of Hot Foil printers have a worldwide reputation for quality and reliability, while the print speed potential is unrivalled. They can be attached to any reel fed packaging or labelling machine using either standard or custom designed mounting frames to provide and extremely versatile and durable in-line coding and overprinting facility. Printmasters feature an easy change magazine with automatic foil drive location system enabling downtime for foil replacement to be kept to a minimum.
Control Unit standard
All Printmasters are supplied with an electronic control unit, standard type holder and solenoid valve. They are simple to use and require minimal maintenance.

Printmaster 1000

Offering a print area of 50 x 25mm, the Printmaster 1000 operates at speeds of up to 700 prints per minute

Printmaster PLUS

If you require larger print areas the Printmaster PLUS delivers up to 300 prints per minute to a print area of 50 x 40mm

Printmaster ‘S’

The Printmaster ‘S’ can produce an overprint in less than 50 milliseconds giving attainable operating speeds of up to 1,200 prints per minute.

The Sprint Series

The Sprint Series of Hot Foil overprinters is robust and manufactured by Open Date to very high standards, yet remain highly cost effective. Three models are available with maximum print areas ranging from 60 x 25mm to 100 x 100mm.

The printer are compact for their print capabilities allowing simple installation on to any reel fed packaging or labelling machinery in conjunction with either standard, or custom designed mounting frames.

5000 Series

The Open Date 5000 Series of automatic hot foil overprinters are high quality, heavy duty machines. They are designed to be attached to reel fed packaging machines to provide a large area on-line printing facility for logos graphics, dates and bar codes.

Given their large print area, 5000 Series printers can also span multiple lanes on sachet and labelling machines enabling a single printer to be used instead of one smaller printer per lane.

E-Coder

The E-Coder is a high quality hot foil coding attachment particularly suited to overprinting batch and lot numbers, expiry dates, use by dates and prices onto flexible packaging materials including films, labels and cartons.

A comprehensive range of features are included as standard with the E-Coder, yet it is priced for the budget conscious user who does not want to compromise on quality.

The external digital control unit allows fine setting adjustments to be made to maximise print quality and ensure that foil wastage is kept to a minimum.
