G220i – meets a wide range of applications utilizing 4 print heads for 50.8mm maximum print height on up to 2 production lines. Alphanumeric texts in various possible fonts and all actual 2D bar codes enable industry standard code formats for enhanced traceability. Networking is enabled with Ethernet.
G230i – meets a wide range of applications utilising 2 print heads for 25.4mm maximum print height or 12.7.mm print height on 2 production lines. Alphanumeric texts, using any True Type Font, is possible. Industry standard 2D bar codes are available enabling enhanced traceability. Networking is enabled with Ethernet for further integration
G320i – all the flexibility G-Series has to offer for the most complex demands with additional management of 4 production lines operating simultaneously.

The OEM Board is specifically designed to be used by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Integrators. The G320i OEM Board can be integrated into OEM equipment & installations. The Controller can be configured and programmed to work seamlessly within the target system and can be used within HMI control environments.

Each OEM controller can operate 4 print heads in 4 different print group settings which provides OEM’s with a wealth of configuration opportunities that our competitors cannot match.
With the OEM Board you are ready for EU Falsified Medicines Directive and e-Pedigree: an intelligent buffer supports item level serialisation.

Two different Print Head options available

Standard print head: The ideal selection when there is space is available within the target system to mount the standard print head or where print heads need to be mounted side by side in a stitched configuration to achieve large size message, logos, or machine readable codes. Continuous production runs between cartridge changes can be realised using the unique Auto-Swap function.

Low profile print head: This compact print head is specifically designed to fit into machinery with significant space restrictions. It is also possible to choose between a top connector or front connector for additional ease of integration.
