Little’s already had an Atwell Linear Wrap Applicator but the rebrand came with extra labelling requirements, including a tamper-proof top label for the jars to increase security and customer confidence in the product. This case study explores how Atwell Labellers could meet customer requirements and innovate the production line to incorporate the extra branding needed.

As Little’s Coffee grew from a previous generation, a rebrand became necessary to stand out on the shelves and appeal to a new market. The rebrand brought more labels than the previous single wrap-around labels, with the need for tamper-proof top labels to improve product security and customer confidence.

This solution perfectly applies the tamper-proof labels lined up centrally with the standard wrap-around jar label, achieving symmetry throughout the branding. Little’s Coffee was an existing customer of many years, so a close relationship was maintained. Little’s reached out during the planned rebrand to discuss to possibility of adding tamper-proof labels to the top of each jar. Atwell Labellers used the brief to find the correct solution to fit the application, identifying a Tamper Top Labeller with a Tri-Roller System as the perfect solution, fitted onto the existing Atwell Linear Wrap Applicator.
