What You Can Expect From Atwell Labellers:

On stand D32, Atwell Labellers will have the Linear Wraparound system running to highlight the benefits of automatic labelling on cylindrical or tapered containers. The Linear Wraparound increases speed and efficiency when labelling large volume runs of products in bottles, can, pots or jars, reducing bottlenecks throughout the process. This automatic label applicator can be modified to suit the buyers needs applying partial or full wrap-around labels, each applied with precision to ensure consistent placement across the full labelling run. The Linear Wraparound system can be adjusted to fit various product dimensions, via a simple turn wheel, perfect for businesses with products in multiple sizes. This system can be fully integrated with a Dura-ID Solutions Print and Apply system, turning it into the AL Pro Label -Colour. This upgrade allows for changes to artwork mid-labelling run, fully custom label designs (including customer personalisation), and a reduction on wastage as only the labels needed will be printed.

Atwell have several automatic label applicator options available, such as the Front and Back applicator, which can label the front, back or both sides of flat-sided, curved or oval containers. This applicator can be operated individually or integrated into a full production line, resulting in seamless and consistent labelling across all products.

Labels & Print Solutions:

All Atwell Labellers applicators can be fully integrated with Dura-ID Solutions print solutions to produce retail-ready labels, helping your product stand out of the shelves.

Dura-ID Solutions are market leaders in the food and beverage industry, with Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive and Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive being the perfect label for eye-catching retail purposes. The permanent self-adhesive on these labels means they can be applied at any point of the production and packaging process while remaining intact due to the durability of Dura-ID labels. These labels can be manufactured in various formats to suit your application.

We also offer high content PCR self-adhesive labels to help reduce packaging tax that can be used alongside our applicators. These range from 30% PCR materials all the way up to 85%. These labels of course don’t have the smoothest face and do contain impurities, but for the right brand, these enhance your sustainability credentials and can enhance your reputation with eco-conscious consumers.
