What you can expect from Atwell Labellers
On stand B62, you will find numerous Atwell automatic labelling systems up and running for demos. The Linear Wraparound will be operational to highlight the high-quality label application on cylindrical or tapered containers that is adaptable to different container diameters using a turn wheel. This automatic labelling system can be amended to suit individual needs, applying either partial or full wrap-around labels. It is ideal for use with large volume runs of cans or bottles, reducing bottlenecks in your production process.
The Labelease semi-automatic labelling system will also be on stand B62, showing the simple & effective operation for applying either full-wrap or partial-wrap labels to round containers. The Labelease can store up to 25 label programs making for quick and accurate changeover when container sizes differ. It is perfect for short runs of cans or bottles of any size due to the nature of the application method.
The Bunch Label Applicator will be making its long-awaited debut at PPMA on stand B62. The perfect automatic labelling system for bunched produce that needs to be identified with one wrap-around label, eliminating plastic in the identification process. It’s ideal for spring onions, asparagus, any food item you’d ordinarily see with individual cards and elastic bands.
All Atwell Labellers’ systems can be integrated with Dura-ID Solutions printers and labels, to provide the full printing and application solution. Dura-ID will have the Epson C8000 on stand B62 to demonstrate the print-on-demand system. Full-colour printing options are available to meet requirements for both production and retail labelling.
Dura-ID Solutions are a global leader in label manufacture for food production and retail, with Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive and Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive, perfect for eye-catching shelf-ready retail packaging, working in partnership with the print-on-demand systems on offer. Both Self-Adhesive labels can be used within the chemical sector, both in production and retail. The permanent adhesive on these labels ensures they remain in place and are detectable throughout the whole production process, bespoke label designs can be printed with Dura-ID print-on-demand systems, ready for retail sales. These labels can be produced in several formats to fulfil your needs, including C-wrap, D-wrap, and bunch labels, compatible with all Atwell labelling systems.
Throughout the chemical production process, Dura-ID Polyolefin Self-Adhesive or Dura-Laser Self-Adhesive can be applied to guarantee traceability in every stage, key in the event of spilt products, helping to identify hazards and avoid further issues. Both products are BS5609-approved; guaranteeing durability and resistance to humidity water, and difficult surfaces.
