Labelease Vac – Apply
Description
- Simple, fast labelling flat sided or slightly curved products. Typically shampoo bottles, cartons etc. Insert by hand and remove by hand when label applied.
- Turnwheel for positioning of label and adjustment for depth (thickness) of product
- Adjustable or quick change product jigs.
- On/Off label assist air jet.
- VAC-APPLY head returns to “home” position if power turned off or power failure.
- Choice of air cylinder for stacked product for faster labelling i.e. flat card
- Left or right hand versions.
Options
(Wrapround & VAC-APPLY) 120 or 200mm web widths. Stainless steel floorstand. Microswitch for clear label detection. Hot foil coder or thermal transfer printer. Label counter. Also available is the LABELEASE WRAPAROUND for simple, fast labelling of straight sided cylindrical containers including small diameter vials.
